Depending on nutrition and health factors, nails grow differently. Nail grows about 0.004 inches a day under normal condition. Cut nails after bathing to prevent cracking.

Defenses against Tooth decays?

My dentist advises me to floss frequently to prevent tooth decays and gum problems. Flossing removes food particles between teeth, areas where toothbrush cannot reach hence preventing cavities. I floss twice a day, some times more and visit dentist twice a year atleast. What’s your defenses against tooth decays?

Hairspray

I was once a hairspray addict.  I would spend one hour everyday just to style my hair. I would tie, curl, french-twist and every style would need my hairspray for maximum hold.  Now, I hardly use hairspray eversince I have hair loss problem.
