Janice, kalau mau pakai seafood,... ada triknya ...
Irisan bawang merah instead of bawang bombay...di saute sampai golden brown,..tuang white wine heheheh terus disaring, dicampur dengan cream sauce
kalau pakai clam,..jadilah vongole sauce....
kalau pakai udang atau lobster....TOP banget rasanya...
Kalau spaghetti cream sauce biasa sih enaknya pakai bacon,..kalua bisa PORK bacon ...kalau yang dijual di spaghetti house dll kan beef bacon..kurang wangi......dan yang ga boleh ketinggalan itu mushroom. Mushroom button yang fresh (warna putih) itu paling enak kalau di saute dengan butter,....jadi untuk bikin cream sauce spaghetti/fettucinne pakai butter instead of olive oil |

| Theresia, mushroom button putih terlalu banyak air. Cream sauce saya jadi becek kalau pakai mushroom itu. Bagaimana ya? |

Kemarin malam Theresia bikin cream sauce with bacon and mushroom. Nyam nyam.
Saya sedang kepikiran bikin spaghetti goreng. Seperti mie goreng begitu, tapi mienya diganti spaghetti. |

| iya airnya banyak..biasa nya sih saya saute dulu butter with button mushroomnya..sampai airnya keluar banyak..saya angkat mushroom, airmya saya buang... tapi semalam saya masukin airnya ehehehe jadi terlalu banyak air memang tapi rasa mushroomnya lebih terasa...jadi semalam brocolinya saya masukin lagi supaya airnya terserap... |

Button mushroom paling asyik di stirfry.
Theresia sekarang sedang suka memasak japanese curry. Enak. Bikinnya juga gampang. Pakai wortel, kentang dan pork (shabu sliced - yg tipis2). Nyam.  |

| Sebenarnya gara gara nonton film seri jepang "konkatsu", jadi sering lihat kedai "tonkatsu" hehehe saya jadi kebayang terus.. kalau ada wkt luang weekend ini mau deh ke Senopati supermarket Mu Gong Hwa beli daging pork buat bikin tonkatsu... |

| Daging babinya yang fillet (has), bisa dibeli di MuGongHwa disenopati...sudah dipotong potong..jadi tinggal di lapisi tepung, celup ke telor,...lapisi lagi dengan tepung panir...siap di goreng heheheh kalau mau di marinate dulu sebelumnya (dengan garam lada) juga boleh. |

Tonkatsu. Nyam. Membayangkannya saja sudah bikin ngiler
Sudah lama kita tidak homecooking. Terakhir Theresia masak ini:
Japanese curry and Stirfry udang jamur pakcoy. Slurp
Lalu beberapa waktu yang lalu, mamanya Theresia memasak udang galah telor asin, siomay pontianak, babi kecap dan tahu babi:
Lalu minggu lalu kita sempat masak sup korea:
